Payment
Immediate payment is required at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Processing Time
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
- Standard in-stock items are processed within 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- 2–5 business days for major cities.
- 5–7 business days for outlying and rural areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
